Minrav Development has launched sales for Gracie Green, a new 21-unit condominium property at 427 East 90th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. When first announced, available apartments were priced at $985,000 for one-bedrooms, $1.7 million for two-bedrooms, $3 million for three-bedrooms, and penthouse units starting at $4.75 million.
More than half of the homes offer either a balcony that overlooks East 90th Street or a large private terrace.
Designed by Issac & Stern Architects, the building’s façade features tan masonry, oversized French Casement in-swing windows, and glass enclosed balconies.
Interiors were designed by Gil Even-Tsur’s Architecture Workshop, more commonly referred to as GE-T Architects. Materials used throughout the residences include terrazzo, white oak, honed marble, and white quartz.
Amenity spaces include a fitness center, a children’s playroom, a furnished rooftop terrace, pet grooming stations, bike storage, and a package room.
Corcoran New Development is the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the condominiums, which are ready for occupancy.
