Excavation has begun at 244 East 52nd Street, the site of a seven-story condominium building in Midtown East. Designed by Issac & Stern Architects for Minrav Development, the 26,000-square-foot structure will yield 15 units, a cellar level, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and what appears in the rendering to be a roof terrace. Residential amenities have yet to be disclosed for the property, which will rise from a 5,000-square-foot plot between Second and Third Avenues. Permits were filed in January 2019 to demolish the 9,200-square-foot education facility that formerly occupied the site.
Permits have been filed for a ten-story mixed-use building at 305 First Avenue in Gramercy, Manhattan. Located at the intersection of East 18th Street and First Avenue, the corner lot is three blocks north of the First Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Minrav Development under the 305 First Avenue Owner LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications, after acquiring the site in early 2020.
Sales have officially launched for Minrav Development’s VU, aka 368 Third Avenue, a new 36-story condominium building located on Third Avenue between East 26th and East 27th Streets. The 145,000 square foot tower is designed by SLCE Architects, and is situated in Kips Bay, near NoMad, Gramercy, and Flatiron. Paris Forino designed the interiors of the project, and is also behind the full floor of vitality and wellness-driven amenities. Minrav Development has released the first renderings of the interiors of 368 Third Avenue, which recently topped out in Kips Bay, Manhattan. Designed in partnership by Paris Forino and SLCE Architects, the 35-story condominium tower will debut as “VU” and will comprise 100 individual homes. Accommodations range from studios to three-bedroom spreads with prices expected to start at $840,000 when sales launch this spring.
