Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 217 Buffalo Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Sterling Place and Park Place, the lot is near the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the 3 and 4 trains. Gabriel Uziel of Ted Contracting Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 41-foot-tall development will yield 7,756 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 969 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and penthouse.
Bricolage Designs is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
