Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 132 Waverly Avenue in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Located between Myrtle Avenue and Park Avenue, the lot is near the Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. Joshua Greeneberg under the 132 Waverly Avenue SPE LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 11,499 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,277 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 21-foot-long rear yard.

Zambrano Architectural Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
