Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 1712 10th Avenue in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of 18th Street and 10th Avenue, the corner lot is a short walk to the 15th Street-Prospect Park subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Shiraz Sanjana of Huntington & Hicks LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 33-foot-tall development will yield 18,892 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 17 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,111 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 31-foot-long rear yard, and 13 open parking spaces.
Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
