Permits have been filed for a 13-story mixed-use building at 94-15 Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 94th and 95th Avenues, the lot is close to the Sutphin Boulevard-Archer Avenue-JFK Airport subway station, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Joel Weiss of Heartfelt Townhouse Build is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 138-foot-tall development will yield 537,454 square feet, with 527,567 square feet designated for residential space and 9,887 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 238 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,004 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 338 enclosed parking spaces.

JFA Architects & Engineers is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
