Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 28 Richardson Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Union Avenue and Lorimer Street, the lot is near the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. Yisroel Greenfeld is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,252 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have eight residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 656 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and mezzanine and four enclosed parking spaces.
Diego Aguilera Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in January 2023 for the single-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
