450 Eleventh Avenue’s Angular Glass Façade Reaches Halfway Mark in Hudson Yards, Manhattan

Façade installation has reached the halfway mark of 450 Eleventh Avenue, a 51-story hotel skyscraper in Hudson Yards. Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Group, the 642-foot-tall structure will house a 379-room Aloft hotel along with amenities including a business center, a ballroom, and a fourth-floor restaurant with a bar and outdoor terrace. Atria Builders is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of West 37th Street and Eleventh Avenue, directly across from the Jacob K. Javits Center.

Developer Secures $193M to Complete Pathside Tower at 499 Summit Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey

Panepinto Properties has closed on a $193 million construction loan to complete Pathside, a 605-unit rental tower in Jersey City. Located at 499 Summit Avenue in the city’s Journal Square neighborhood, the building is designed by HLW International and will top out at 53 stories or about 566 feet.

New Rendering Revealed for Office Supertall at 360 Tenth Avenue in Midtown West, Manhattan

A new rendering has been revealed for 360 Tenth Avenue, a proposed supertall commercial skyscraper in Midtown West, Manhattan. The structure will yield 1 million square feet of Class A office space. McCourt Global is the current owner of the property, which is situated between Brookfield Properties‘ Manhattan West complex and Related Companies‘ first phase of Hudson Yards, and bound by West 31st Street to the north, Dyer Avenue and West 30th Street to the south, and Tenth Avenue to the west.
