Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 138-07 35th Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between Union Street and Leavitt Street, the lot is closest to the Main Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Xiafeng Zheng under the EBH Holding LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 65-foot-tall development will yield 10,156 square feet, with 9,449 square feet designated for residential space and 706 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 10 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 944 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
Ameriland Brook is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
