Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 35-11 Junction Boulevard in Corona, Queens. Located between 35th and 37th Avenues, the interior lot is near the Junction Boulevard subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Jean Cheng is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 59-foot-tall development will yield 11,895 square feet, with 10,364 square feet designated for residential space and 1,531 square feet for commercial space. The building will have ten residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,036 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 56-foot-long rear yard, and two open parking spaces.
Tan Architect P.C is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
