Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1209 McDonald Avenue in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Located between Greenwood Avenue and Vanderbilt Street, the lot is near Fort Hamilton Parkway subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Soft Stone Development Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 33-foot-tall development will yield 10,347 square feet designated for residential space.     Someone please explain how THIS can It get 4 stories from only 33 ft. Very low ceiling heights or what? Just curious. Thanks!
