Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 2954 Brighton 6th Street in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn. Located between Neptune Avenue and Ocean View Avenue, the lot is near the Brighton Beach subway station, serviced by the B and Q trains. Vladislav Tsirkin of Beekman Towers Holdings LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 53-foot-tall development will yield 16,479 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 22 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 749 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard, nine open parking spaces, and three enclosed parking spaces.
Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
