Gotham, a licensed cannabis dispensary and concept store based in New York City, recently announced plans to open a new location at The Refinery at Domino, a mixed-use property located at 300 Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The new location will occupy 4,000 square feet and is set to open this fall.
The Refinery at Domino is the centerpiece of the 11-acre Domino Sugar Factory site and is located just north of the Williamsburg Bridge. The project was developed by Two Trees Management and yields 460,000 square feet across 15 stories. The building features amenities including a triple-height atrium lobby, a glass dome penthouse, and a fitness center with an indoor pool.
“We’re delighted to welcome Gotham to The Refinery and support their expansion into Brooklyn, where they’ll continue to elevate and disrupt the cannabis industry,” said Bonnie Campbell, principal at Two Trees Management. “This innovative ethos seamlessly aligns with our approach to The Refinery, which redefines the traditional office and thoughtfully merges lifestyle, community, and culture. This shared commitment to forging new paths makes Gotham a perfect fit and a valuable addition to the vibrant, mixed-use Williamsburg neighborhood.”
Nearby transit for The Refinery at Domino includes subway stations with service for the L, M, J, and Z trains.
