SL Green Realty Corporation has announced the sellout of the Giorgio Armani Residences, a 12-story residential building at 760 Madison Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The building features ten units, all of which are now under contract. All sales still underway are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The Giorgio Armani Residences was conceived in collaboration with the New York-based architecture firm COOKFOX and Victoria Hagan, who served as creative consultant to SL Green. The ground-up project features a fluted limestone façade that reflects the classic nature of the Armani brand while aiming to stay respectful to the historic aesthetic of the Upper East Side. Several of the units come with Central Park views and outdoor space.

“Armani and SL Green conceived of a building like no other which has attracted the most discerning clientele from around the globe who’ve seized the opportunity to own a residence on one of the most iconic and coveted avenues in the world,” said Susan de França, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing. “We’re proud to have been a part of this irreplaceable development.”

760 Madison Avenue is located a short walk from subway stations served by the 6, F, and Q trains.

  1. The buyers are definitely not riding the subway.

  2. I understand that it’s a top-notch luxury property but even so the price is way too high given that views aren’t nice; I’d rather purchase a granite RAMSA building’s property than this one

  3. This building could have been taller. More eye catching as is the Armani brand.

LOL, author mentions the buildings proximity to the subway.Somehow I don’t think the residences use the subway.

The residents may not use the subway but their Nannie’s, cleaners and personal assistants may!

Rich people do ride the subway in New York friends! That’s part of the city experience.

  7. I love the subway and bus systems. But I am with 10M and not of the UPPER class of this building. This building must have drivers and handlers…. aka no public transport except for the handlers et al.
