Leasing has launched for Park & Arbor, a two-building mixed-use complex nearing completion at 18 Park Avenue in Old Tappan, New Jersey. Developed by Hornrock Properties, the community will yield 110 rental homes in one to three-bedroom configurations in one building and 21,000 square feet of retail space in the other.

Units at Park & Arbor feature large windows, plank flooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances, built-in closets, and herringbone-tiled bathrooms. Select homes offer terraces or balconies.

Amenities include a double-height lobby, café, clubroom, fitness center, pet spa, and children’s playroom. Outdoor features include a pool, fire pits, outdoor dining areas, a putting green, and a bocce court.
The retail structure is expected to include a breakfast and lunch restaurant with outdoor seating.

The community is located in a suburban area known for its parks and golf courses. The development is in close proximity to the Palisades Parkway and George Washington Bridge for convenient commuting to New York City.
