  1. This building is 95% completed! Better late than never! Rental unit showings are active now

  2. Isn’t this lot already under construction? I pass it every day and there’s a lot of work happening

  3. there is a 400 room mens shelter directly across the street which the City forced down neighbors throats without any notice because of an “emergency” application.

  4. 400 mens shelter directly across the street

    • The shelter isn’t even at 1/3 capacity after almost 6 months. And the men who live there go to work everyday and mind their business. There have never been any complaints of loitering, loud noise, robberies, sexual assaults or any other type of nefarious behavior you people screamed and protested about, that these men would be be bringing to the neighborhood. Quit the fearmongering.

    • Quite peculiar you felt the need to push this false narrative of “dangerous” men in two back to back comments, and once again make a scene about a Gowanus neighborhood project.

And what’s with the dirty-sounding “forced down neighbor’s throat” doing in your first comment? Makes you sound as perverted and sleazy as Diddy
