Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 1312 Chisholm Street in Crotona Park East, The Bronx. Located between Freeman Street and Jennings Street, the lot is near the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Joshua Weissman of JCal Development is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 58-foot-tall development will rise from a 3,711-square-feet footprint with an unknown square footage designated for residential space. The concrete-based structure will have 23 residences and a 30-foot-long rear yard.
OCV Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
