Telo Labs recently signed a lease for the ground floor of 23 East 10th Street, a 12-story residential building in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. The structure was built in 1923 and is currently owned by TF Cornerstone, and yields 205 residential units. The property is located at the corner of East 10th Street and University Place.
Telo Labs was founded by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Ken Rothaus and skincare entrepreneur Ilan Szekely, and offers a range of cosmetic treatments including lasers and injectables. The company will occupy a 1,365-square-foot ground-floor space under a ten-year lease. This marks Telo Labs’ first location within TF Cornerstone’s portfolio.
Nearby transit options include the L, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 trains.
“TF Cornerstone are high-integrity, supportive real estate partners and we’re happy to be able to work with them on this exciting deal,” Szekely said. “Greenwich Village is a wonderful neighborhood, full of life and energy, and we can’t wait to serve the community.”
