Construction is complete on 345 Bergen Street, a six-story residential building in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Designed by Highrise Group for 345 Bergen Condo LLC, the 12,750-square-foot structure yields six full-floor condominium units in two- and three-bedroom layouts with private outdoor space. The property measures 25 feet wide and is located near the corner of Bergen Street and Fourth Avenue, directly east of a much larger condominium development under construction at 323 Bergen Street.
Recent photographs show the finished appearance of the façade, which is composed of light beige brick in various bond patterns framing a grid of recessed industrial-style windows with black mullions. The eastern face was left blank with the expectation that it will eventually be covered by a future development, and is clad in gray EIFS.
The below images were taken over the summer when work was concluding on the bulkhead and the sidewalk shed remained standing in front of the entrance.
The property was formerly vacant, as seen in the Google Street View image from 2022.
The owner purchased the property for $3.64 million in 2022 in a deal brokered by The Brooklyn Home Company. Homes will come with south-facing living rooms, oversized windows, walk-through closets, and chef’s kitchens with custom dark green cabinetry and matte black fixtures. Each unit will also have key-locked elevator access and an in-unit washer and dryer. Amenities include a locker and package room. The Bogard New York Team of SERHANT is handling sales and marketing at the property.
The nearest subways from the development are the 2, 3, 4, B, D, N, Q, R, and W trains at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station to the north.

One tends to expect something on the parapet.
It does feel very un-terminated.
All sold out. A glass awning has been added to the very simple entry doors. The top definitely needs a cap. The typical 3-bedroom is rather basic and small for $2.2 million.
I don’t know why anyone would buy into this building with the much better designed units for similar price next door at 323 Bergen.
Beautiful arrangement of bricks with industrial-style windows, people wouldn’t be shocked when they saw this building at night: Thanks.
