Developed by Simone Development Companies and Fareri Associates and designed by Design Development Architects, the park features four buildings that total 220,000 square feet of Class A office and medical space. The buildings were constructed between 1969 and 1973.
The lease renewals at 3010 Westchester Avenue reflect the property’s ongoing appeal to healthcare providers. Northwell Health Physician Partners renewed its 2,850-square-foot lease, continuing to offer pediatric orthopedic services to the New York Metro area. Additionally, Aesthetic Podiatry & Sports Medicine Center renewed and expanded into a larger 1,844-square-foot space, adding a surgery center to enhance its offerings.

Purchase Professional Park is located nearby I-287, the Hutchinson River Parkway, and I-684. Beyond that, it is around a 10-minute drive from Westchester County Airport. Amenities at the park include an on-site BoBo’s Cafe, a fitness center, a landscaped courtyard with seating areas, and complimentary parking.
