Permits have been filed to expand a two-story structure into a six-story residential building at 772 Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Humboldt Street and Graham Avenue, the lot is near the Graham Avenue subway station, served by the L train. Adriel Bolour is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 68-foot-tall development will yield 8,610 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 956 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 30-foot-long rear yard.

Leandro Nils Dickson Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the permit calls for an expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
