Construction is complete on 566 Grand Street, an eight-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Diego Aguilera Architects and developed by Green Street Group under the 566 Grand Street SPE LLC, the 74-foot-tall structure spans 17,283 square feet. The building yields 22 rental units in one- to three-bedroom layouts with an average scope of 785 square feet, as well as a cellar level and a 22-foot-long rear yard. ESG Grand Street LLC is listed as the owner of the property, which is located on an interior lot between Lorimer Street to the east and Union Avenue to the west.
Recent photographs show the finished look of the exterior, which is composed of red brick with black masonry accenting surrounding a grid of recessed windows. The eastern half of the main northern elevation features a stack of broad balconies lined with black metal railings, and the structure culminates in a flat parapet capped with a landscaped roof deck and a mechanical bulkhead. The eastern and western lot line walls are left blank and are currently partially covered with advertising banners for the property.
The property was formerly occupied by a three-story building and a vacant lot, as seen in the following Google Street View image.
Residential amenities at 566 Grand Street include a fitness center, a private rear courtyard, a lounge with private and group work stations, storage, bicycle parking, and an outdoor roof deck with a grilling station, tanning lounges, and seating.
Nancy Packed Inc. is in charge of leasing the apartments.
The nearest subways from the development are the L and G trains at the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street station.

Inspired architecture!!!
It’s nice. It’s simple but clean and comfortable. They actually added plants on the balconies- already a step ahead of most developers
These balconies could be a scene from a romantic movie, where the hero and heroine stand holding hands: Thanks.
