Kushner has announced the addition of several new tenants to Monmouth Square, a $500 million redevelopment of the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, New Jersey. Designed in collaboration between Minno + Wasko and retail architects Benoy and the Dietz Partnership, the project aims to create a modern, open-air destination for retail, dining, leisure, and residential living. New tenants include Prince Street Pizza, Cava, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Offshore Coffee, and STRONG Pilates, bringing the pre-leased retail and restaurant space to 75 percent of the development’s 990,000 square feet.

The redevelopment of Monmouth Square, which broke ground last spring, will significantly reduce the mall’s retail footprint by 40 percent and introduce a more pedestrian-friendly town center concept. The updated design includes freestanding retail and dining spaces, medical offices, an expansive public green, and 1,000 apartments. Whole Foods Market will serve as a major anchor tenant with a 40,000-square-foot location.

    DEI need not apply.

    • “DEI need not apply” even though white women have benefited THE MOST from DEI and affirmative action. DEI includes: special needs individuals, Veterans, seniors, young people, women, pregnant women and BIPOC. Start educating yourself on what DEI ACTUALLY IS, instead of being a low life bigot.
