Construction is complete on Rosera Wesmont, a four-story residential complex at 200 Rosie Square in Wood-Ridge, New Jersey. Designed by Minno and Wasko Architects and developed by JCMLiving, the development yields 295 rental units and a 480-space parking garage.
Residences at Rosera Wesmont range from studio to three-bedroom configurations. Units feature open-concept layouts and oversized windows for abundant natural lighting. Select apartments include fully furnished private balconies.
Rosera Wesmont features 35,000 square feet of shared amenities including a multilevel hotel-style lobby, a 13,000-square-foot sundeck, and landscaped courtyards. Fitness and wellness facilities include a multi-level gym, yoga studio, sauna, and bar. The community also features coworking spaces, private offices, and meeting rooms.
The property is located in close proximity to New Jersey Transit’s Wesmont Station, which offers a 30-minute commute to New York City. The project is part of Rosie Square, a mixed-use development featuring 17,000 square feet of retail space, including 3,000 square feet within the building itself.
“This project is a vibrant addition to the Wood-Ridge community,” said Bruce Englebaugh, principal at Minno and Wasko Architects. “Its prime location near the Wesmont Train Station, energy-efficient design, and the thoughtful revitalization of a WWII factory site align with the principles of sustainable and environmentally conscious values.”
