Developed by TCX Development and designed by ARC Architecture and Design Studio, the structure yields 12 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $91,235 to $168,480. The property is located between West 127th and 128th Streets.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, recreation room, storage, package lockers, and a rooftop terrace. Residences are equipped with air conditioning, energy-efficient appliances, intercoms, and name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes. Tenants are responsible for electricity including stove.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are nine studios with a monthly rent of $2,550 for incomes ranging from $91,235 to $168,480.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 3, 2025.
