This was built on the site of a 4-story brick apartment building identical to the one on the right of the new building in the first image. There is a great deal of new construction on and near Northern Blvd. in Flushing.

  2. I love the wires out front.

Except for the main business district of Flushing and the Mitchell-Linden co-op area, most neighborhoods in Flushing have street utility poles.

  4. Yes, the wires are lovely. I simply don’t understand how they can’t be put underground in an area with this density and property values.

  5. It seems a bit confusing from m the pics because there’s a courtyard. The article did make it clear but it seems that there are 2 buildings on this property. It looks like you enter thru the front building facing the street and walk across the small open courtyard to reach the front door of the rear building.

    • I mean the article didn’t state clearly that there are 2 buildings, but that’s what I deduce it to be. Anyone else’s thoughts?

Is there any place for people who want to apply for the lottery and all these confusing comments from people who are probably no interested
in renting. There should be a section for people who are interested and be able to apply.
