Kushner has broken ground on Livana Livingston, a 280-unit multifamily rental development at 550 and 570 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, New Jersey. Designed by Lessard Architecture, the project is being built on the site of the former Westminster Hotel and an adjacent former bank property. The development will consist of two separate buildings, one tailored for residents aged 55 and over and another open to residents of all ages. Completion is scheduled for 2027.
Units at Livana Livingston will be offered in one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom-plus-den configurations. Of the total units, 56 will be designated affordable housing. Each building will offer lifestyle-specific amenities: the 55+ building will feature private saunas, coworking spaces, a game room, and a rooftop terrace, while the all-ages building will offer a family-focused experience with amenities like a kids playroom, teen arcade, resort-style pool, and speakeasy lounge.
The project is part of Kushner’s broader Livana brand, a suburban rental housing initiative launched in 2024. The brand includes similar projects in Fair Lawn and East Hanover, with additional communities in planning.

All the best…looks amazing!
He is known for building bad buildings. So ppl should not waste their money. A lot of these buildings go up so fast only a matter of time of falling apart. None of these so called luxury apartments and condos have soundproof walls.
