Permits have been filed for a ten-story mixed-use building at 1935 Bedford Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Located between Fenimore Street and Hawthorne Street, the lot is near the Parkside Avenue subway station, served by the Q train. Izchak Naftalin is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 45,041 square feet, with 38,650 square feet designated for residential space and 6,391 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 57 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 678 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 42-foot-long rear yard, and 16 enclosed parking spaces.
Yuriy Menzak of Menzak Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
