Located between West 184th Street and Fordham Road, the lot is one block from the Fordham Road subway station, served by the 4 train. Alket Zefi of Adi AL Construction Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.

    The character of the West Bronx changed rapidly after the construction of the Jerome Avenue subway c. 1917. Houses such as this were replaced with six story apartment buildings. After a century, time has run out for this holdout.
