This is East New York, not Bed Stuy

  2. There’s going to be two 99-unit developments side by side. Not much is kbown about this architect so this could be okay or really terrible. Jope for the best.

Worth checking out is the nasty little new build a couple doors down with its address in giant Comic Sans mounted to the front. You can’t make this stuff up. The level of bad taste/ignorance it takes to pull off something like that is hard to wrap your head around.

  3. Nah, this is solidly Bed-Stuy/Ocean Hill, it’s to the west of the L/Van Sinderen. The L serves as a real clear and obvious marker between East NY and Bed-Stuy/Brownsville.
