Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 1250 Willoughby Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Wyckoff Avenue and Irving Avenue, the interior lot is near the Jefferson Street subway station, served by the L train. Jill Crawford of Type A Projects LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 122-foot-tall development will yield 82,027 square feet, with 80,208 square feet designated for residential space and 1,819 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 122 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 657 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar.
Marvel Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

Damn, was hoping to hear the little garage would be coming down, thus eliminating the curb cut and the douchebags who park blocking the sidewalk as a result.
