Construction is complete on The Reserve at Estuary, a seven-story residential development at 1525 Harbor Boulevard in Weehawken, New Jersey. Designed by MHS Architecture and developed by Hartz Mountain Industries, the structure yields 218 rental units in studio- to two-bedroom layouts. The project also contains nearly 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, an enclosed parking garage, and 2,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The waterfront property spans a full city block bounded by River View Terrace to the north, Harbor Boulevard to east, and a wraparound one-way road along the southern and western sides of the parcel.
Recent photographs show the building enclosed in its façade of floor-to-ceiling glass framed with gray metal paneling. The podium is clad in dark red brick and is topped with a landscaped amenity deck, and a cafe called Alessio’s is expected to open sometime this summer, as noted on the poster at the southern corner of the building. Two sets of entrances are located along the western and northern corners, while the enclosed parking garage entrance can be accessed along Harbor Boulevard.
Most units have views facing Hudson Yards and the Empire State Building directly across the Hudson River to the east, along with the Lower Manhattan skyline to the south.
Residences include custom closets, wide-plank flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, keyless entry, and in-unit washers and dryers. Select units come with private outdoor space. Greystar is handling leasing.
Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a landscaped courtyard featuring lounge seating and games, a rooftop entertainment lounge with a demonstration kitchen, a lounge with a fireplace, and a game room with billiards. There is also access to a fitness center and strength training room, a coworking lounge and private work pods, and 200 on-site parking spaces.
The Reserve at Estuary is the final component in a 40-year effort to revitalize the former industrial rail yard into a 60-acre residential enclave along the Hudson River.
“The completion of The Reserve at Estuary represents the fulfillment of our long-term vision for Lincoln Harbor and caps off a transformative period of growth,” said Gus Milano, president and COO at Hartz Mountain Industries. “The community’s swift leasing momentum underscores the strong demand for elevated rental living along New Jersey’s Gold Coast, where open space, premium amenities, and iconic Manhattan views come together to offer an unparalleled lifestyle. We’re proud to welcome residents home.”
Nearby is the Lincoln Harbor ferry terminal, along with the Lincoln Harbor light rail station and a NJ Transit bus stop to the west along Waterfront Terrace. The site also provides easy vehicular access to the Lincoln Tunnel to the north.

Crazy short as compared to all other residential developments nearby. Most are 10 stories or taller, so very odd.
none of their neighboring blgs are 10+ stories tall
Hmmm… It’s adjacent to my neighborhood and there are 10, 12, event 15 story buildings within the same 3 blocks of this structure. So wrong.
Maybe visit sometime, it’s a beautiful area with spectacular views.
The design is okay, but two bands of color is all you will get.
Fantastic set… short as compared to all other Most are 10 stories or taller, so very odd.
Definitely could’ve and should’ve been a lot
