Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 159-31 90th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located between 161st Street and Parsons Boulevard, the lot is near the Parson Boulevard subway station, served by the E and F trains. Josef Goodman of Haussmann Development LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 143-foot-tall development will yield 194,460 square feet, with 179,879 square feet designated for residential space, and 14,841 square feet of community facility space. The building will have 257 affordable housing residences. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, and 20 enclosed parking spaces.

GF55 Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
