Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 21–69 Shore Boulevard in Astoria, Queens. Located between 21st Drive and Ditmars Boulevard, the lot is closest to the Astoria–Ditmars Boulevard subway station, served by the N and W trains. Aryeh Assouline of Impact Builders Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 11,712 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,301 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and a 21-foot-long rear yard.
Bahram Tehrani of Best Engineering Technology Design is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
