The affordable housing lottery has launched for Four Williamsburg Wharf, a 22-story waterfront residential building at 11 Wharf Way in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture LLP with Hill West Architects as the executive architect of record and developed by Naftali Group, the structure yields 249 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 55 units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,532 to $140,000.
Amenities include a pool and pool deck, recreational spaces, multiple terraces, a basketball court, gym, a garage with electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage lockers, a dog park, a shared laundry room, common area Wi-Fi, on-site resident manager, and doorman. Residences are equipped with washers and dryers, air conditioning, hardwood floors, dishwashers, and intercoms. Tenants are responsible for electricity, electric heat, and cooling.
At 80 percent of the AMI, there are 15 studios with a monthly rent of $2,076 for incomes ranging from $75,532 to $103,680; 33 one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,218 for incomes ranging from $81,052 to $116,640; and seven two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,648 for incomes ranging from $97,440 to $140,000.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than January 23, 2026.
