Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 2087 Ryer Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx. Located between East 180th Street and East 181th Street, the lot is near the 182-183 Streets subway station, served by the B and D trains. Gjergj Bujaj is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 61-foot-tall development will yield 8,829 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 21 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 420 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a 30-foot-long rear yard.

John Backos of Grid Drafting and Consulting is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in May for the three-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
