Permits have been filed for a 14-story mixed-use building at 161-10 Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located at the intersection of Highland Avenue and 162nd Street, the lot is near the Parsons Boulevard subway station, served by the E and F trains. Sandi Silk of Mural Real Estate Partners is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 145-foot-tall development will yield 164,380 square feet, with 155,683 square feet designated for residential space and 8,697 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 227 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 685 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, 20-foot-long rear yard, 11 open parking spaces, and 30 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet for the parking lot on the property. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

    The address given is in a completely differnt neighborhood!
