Astral Weeks has announced the $16.47 million refinancing of CIRRUS, a newly completed 12-story residential building at 340 Lenox Road in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by AB Architekten, the structure completed construction in 2024 and its 46 studio and one-bedroom rental units are fully occupied. The property is located between New York and Nostrand Avenues.

Residences at CIRRUS feature hardwood floors, oversized windows, and in-unit washers and dryers. Building amenities include a fitness studio, landscaped roof terrace, coworking lounge, bike and package rooms, and on-site parking for select units.

Transit nearby CIRRUS includes the 2, 5, B, and Q trains.

“The successful refinancing of CIRRUS reflects the quality of Astral Weeks’ development, the strong renter demand for well-designed rental properties in Brooklyn’s emerging neighborhoods and the depth of lenders seeking newly constructed, stabilized rental product,” said Aaron Niedermayer, Senior managing director of JLL. “We couldn’t be happier for the Astral Weeks team.”
