New renderings have been revealed for the amenity spaces at Four Williamsburg Wharf, a 22-story residential tower nearing completion in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture and Hill West Architects and developed by Naftali Group, the 280-foot-tall structure is part of the 3.75-acre Williamsburg Wharf complex and will yield 128 rental units. The property is located along Kent Avenue between South 10th and 11th Streets.
The following renderings preview the Studio Munge-designed lobby and amenity spaces, which include a fitness center, basketball and pickleball court, and a sky club featuring coworking areas, a billiards and gaming room lounge, private dining and event space, and an outdoor roof deck with a fire pit.
Residents will also have access to the Williamsburg Wharf Resort & Recreation Club designed by Ward + Gray with shared amenities including a rooftop pool deck overlooking the East River that transforms into a seasonal ice-skating rink, an indoor-outdoor fitness center with a terrace and yoga studio, a juice bar, a private dog run, and landscaped outdoor spaces that connect directly to the waterfront park’s 525 feet of public frontage.
Homes at Four Williamsburg Wharf will be available in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as a collection of penthouses. Each unit will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, and select apartments come with private outdoor terraces or patios with sweeping views of the East River and Manhattan skyline. Corcoran New Development is handling leasing and marketing of the rentals, which start at $3,980 per month for a studio. The below rendering showcases a penthouse unit with a private terrace facing west.
Four Williamsburg Wharf is the third and final tower in the first phase of Williamsburg Wharf and is the only rental property in the master plan. Phase two is expected to add two more residential towers on a partially excavated plot along the East River.
Construction at Four Williamsburg Wharf is on track to wrap up later this winter. One, Two, and Three Williamsburg Wharf have already opened to occupancy.
