Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 11 Cornelia Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, the lot is near the Halsey Street subway station, served by the J and Z trains. Shimon Greenfeld of SCG Realty Inc. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 53,765 square feet, with 37,761 square feet designated for residential space, 8,002 square feet for community facility space, and 8,002 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 56 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 674 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a 55-foot-long rear yard.
Nikolai Katz Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

9 stories & 56 residences👍, nice improvement to this “eye sore” of a derelict parking slab. Onwards & upwards! 👍
