Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $124,286 to $227,500.

Amenities include pet-friendly policies, elevator, and package lockers. Residences are equipped with intercoms, air conditioning, dishwashers, and washers and dryers. Tenants are responsible for electricity, including stove and heat.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there is one one-bedroom with a monthly rent of $3,461 for incomes ranging from $124,286 to $189,540; and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $4,176 for incomes ranging from $150,720 to $227,500.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than April 24, 2026.

The long side of this building has interesting brickwork unlike the front. The bathroom seems nice, but would it have been more practical to extend the marble behind the sink instead of on the wall at the right end of the tub?
It’s an interesting little building. Hopefully the big adjacent surface lot will get developed soon.
It’s a parking lot. But yes it will be developed into another building because no one will pay for parking and park in the street disregarding the subway nearby and alternate days. Why have any car if you live THISCLOSE to the subway and bus ON AN ISLAND WITH A LOT OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION? I own a car definitely but I live in what once was a two fare zone before metrocards and tap to pay were a thing.
Was this built in the middle of the street or parking lot?
