Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 314 Roebling Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located at the corner of South 8th Street and Roebling Street, the lot is near the Marcy Avenue subway station, served by the J, M, and Z trains. Jerome Zwick is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 53,974 square feet, with 34,467 square feet designated for residential space, 11,768 square feet of community facility space, and 7,739 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 25 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,378 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 42-foot-long rear yard.
Diego Aguilera Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed last year for the two-story structure on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
