The property is located at the corner of Willow Avenue and 14th Street.

Units come with oversized windows, oak-effect flooring, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Each home includes an in-unit washer and vented dryer, while select residences offer private balconies or terraces.

Building amenities include a fitness center, coworking lounge, media space, lobby gathering areas, and a landscaped rooftop deck with views of the Manhattan skyline. A second-floor terrace will provide seating areas, fire pits, and grilling stations. Additional features include virtual doorman service, a package room, bicycle storage, and preferred access to parking at the nearby Harlow garage.

Willow House is part of Advance Realty Investors’ broader North End vision, which calls for approximately 1,500 new residences alongside retail, dining, and open space.
The property is within walking distance of the Hoboken 14th Street ferry terminal, providing access to Midtown and Lower Manhattan.
