Golani Architect and developed by Lefko Capital Group, the structure yields 44 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $67,886 to $146,560.
Amenities include bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, elevator, and security cameras. Tenant is responsible for electricity including heat and stove.

At 80 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $1,812 for incomes ranging from $67,886 to $108,560; two one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,283 for incomes ranging from $84,858 to $122,160; and five two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,713 for incomes ranging from $101,863 to $146,560.

There seems to be a fad in the Bronx for having exterior lighting all over the facade. This does not seem needed or very practical.
Seeing how the Bronx is perceived to be unsafe, exterior lighting is a sensible marketing technique.
NY State has a “dark sky” law which prohibits exterior lighting, including streetlights, from shining upward. NYC changed many of its street lights to comply with this.
