Permits have been filed for a ten-story mixed-use building at 2429 Morris Avenue in Fordham Heights, The Bronx. Located between East 184th Street and East Fordham Road, the lot is near the Fordham Road subway station, served by the B and D trains. Steven Westreich of Westorchard Management is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 95-foot-tall development will yield 274,988 square feet, with 269,382 square feet designated for residential space and 5,606 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 56 residences with a total 377 residences on the lot, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 714 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 20-foot-long rear yard.

Leandro Nils Dickson Architects is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
