Renderings have been revealed for The Goddard School at The Village at Tuxedo Reserve, the mixed-use town center under construction in the Town of Tuxedo, New York. Developed by Related Companies and to be operated by franchise owner Jason Cho, the 10,000-square-foot early childhood education center will occupy a 2-acre landscaped lot and accommodate 130 students in 11 classrooms. The project will also include 5,000 square feet of surrounding play yards and dedicated adjacent parking for drop-off.

The Goddard School will join a commercial district anchored by Market Square, which features the timber-framed Barn Market food hall, a Stagehouse performance venue, and The Village Green with a seasonal ice skating rink. First move-ins at the rental apartments are expected this month, with the rink slated to open this fall and shops and dining rolling out through the winter and spring, according to the developer.

Tuxedo Reserve, formerly known as Tuxedo Farms, is planned to yield more than 1,600 homes, with single-family homes and townhomes built by Lennar. Related and Lennar broke ground on the community in May 2025. Graduates of the school are expected to continue into the Tuxedo Union Free School District, an easy walk or bike ride from Tuxedo Reserve, or nearby private options including Tuxedo Park School.
