Renderings Revealed for The Parkline at 25 Field Court in Kingston, Ulster County

Renderings have been revealed for The Parkline, a proposed five-story residential building at 25 Field Court in Kingston, Ulster County. Developed in a joint venture between The Affordable Housing Conservancy, Fulcra Development, and Sisters of Charity Housing Development Corporation, the 12,810-square-foot structure is expected to yield 71 rental apartments. Units are slated to be reserved for households earning between 30 and 80 percent of the area median income (AMI). The project will also include 4,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 35 parking spots. The property is located within the Midtown Kingston Arts District by the intersection of Field Court and Broadway. An architect was not specified.

Three Rent-Stabilized Buildings Transfer To New Ownership In Crown Heights, Brooklyn

Ownership has transferred on a trio of four-story rent-stabilized buildings at 1018 and 1074 Eastern Parkway and 1392 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The prewar structures yield a combined 88 rent-stabilized units and were sold on Wednesday for a total consideration of $7.6 million. The sale clears the way for a city-supported rehabilitation of the three properties, which together carry 991 open housing code violations and sit in the Department of Housing Preservation and Development’s Alternative Enforcement Program.

Permits Filed for 439 Liberty Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn

Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 439 Liberty Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Liberty Avenue and Atlantic Avenue, the lot is near the Liberty Avenue subway station, served by the C train. Joel Weiner is listed as the owner behind the applications.

711-Unit Tower Passes Halfway Mark at 180 East 125th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan

Construction has passed the halfway mark on 180 East 125th Street, a 38-story mixed-use residential tower in East Harlem, Manhattan. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by JCS Realty, the 410-foot-tall structure will yield 711 rental units. The project will also include ground-floor retail with a supermarket, as well as a 116-vehicle parking garage. The property is bounded by Third Avenue and East 124th and 125th Streets.

Anchor Lease Secured For 625 Madison Avenue Skyscraper In Midtown, Manhattan

General Atlantic has signed a long-term lease for more than 150,000 square feet at 625 Madison Avenue, a 53-story office skyscraper under construction in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Foster + Partners and Gensler and developed by Related Companies in partnership with Andrew Mathias, the 684-foot-tall structure will span 858,500 square feet of carbon-neutral office space. The project will also include ground-floor retail and a sixth-floor amenity club with a private dining room and wraparound outdoor terraces. The property is located at the southeast corner of Madison Avenue and East 59th Street.
