Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Gilar Realty and Ranco Capital, the structure will yield 160 rental units and ground-floor retail. The property is alternately addressed as 540 Third Avenue and is located at the southwest corner of Third Avenue and East 36th Street.
Construction is about to break ground at 108 Fifth Avenue, the site of a six-story mixed-use residential building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Developed under the ONE BALTIC LLC, the structure will yield an undisclosed number of condominium units. The 2,333-square-foot property is located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Baltic Street, and was last sold for $3.391 million in December 2025. An architect has not been disclosed.
