Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1086 Decatur Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is six blocks away from the Chauncey Street subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains, and five blocks away from the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L trains. Infocus is listed as behind the design.
The 55-foot tall structure will yield 7,088 square feet, with 4,900 square feet dedicated to residential use. Seven apartments will be created, averaging 700 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. There will be a duplex-penthouse crowning the project. Residents will have access to accessory storage.
An anonymous LLC will be responsible for the development.
The lot is currently in disrepair from an apparent accident. Permits have been approved. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
