Permits have been filed for an eight-story mixed-use building at 88-11 179th Place in Jamaica, Queens. Located between Hillside Avenue and 90th Avenue, the interior lot is steps away from the Jamaica-179 Street subway station, serviced by the E and F trains. Palwinder Singh is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 87-foot tall project will yield 68,990 square feet, with 40,105 square feet designated for residential space, 9,106 square feet for commercial space, and 2,950 square feet for community facilities. It will have 49 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 818 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar, 25 enclosed parking spaces, and a rear yard 37 feet long.

Alfredo Fredericks of Design 101 LLC is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
